I am curious about why you asked if John Drayton could have been a Quaker. A John Drayton Jr. m.bef. 1660 Elizabeth(ne Bishopp)Peebles widow of Capt David Peebles(Peibles etc) of Charles City Co . Also, Judeth who married William (eldest son of Capt David)abt 1662 was a "ward of a John Drayton". The children of that marriage and for several generations after were Quakers.
