While researching my great grandfather William A. Cason for place and date of death, I ordered what I believed to be his death certificate. The certificate is of another William Cason born in Kentucky in 1855. This William Cason is not of my direct lineage but may be indirectly related to me. Information on the certificate is as follows, Location at death: Central State Hospital, City of Lakeland, Anchorage, Ky, Name: Wm Cason Male/ white/single Age at death: 62 Date of death: 23 April 1917 Father: Alfred Cason Birth place of father: Ky Mother: Unknown Cause of Death: Arteris[sic] sclerosis Residence: Boone Co.
