Hi. My 4-great grandmother's name was Charlotte Carse, born 1822, died October 09 1896. She moved to Australia with her husband, William Henderson, and a Joseph Carse (born 1818), and a Jane Carse, spinster (born 1820). William & Charlotte had 4 children, William, born June 20 1853, Eliza born 1857, Anne Elizabeth born 1858, and Mary Jane born 1861. The family were pioneers of the Wandin, Victoria district. I am looking for information on Charlotte Carse as on Shipping records it states she was born in England, but the Joseph and Jane Carse were born in Ireland. Charlotte was married in England before arriving in australia.
