Gregoire Carron (actually Caron) has a sister Elizabeth.
She is my gt. gt. gt. grandmother. ThEre were other
brothers and sisters. I have some of them.
I have this family traced back to France in all lines.
Most of the lines are Quebec, but there is one branch
which are Acadian.
Gregoire had an earlier marriage before Genevieve Beaugrand also. His first marriage was Therese Ouellette at St. Peters, Tilbury, on 14 Nov. 1836.
Gregoire's father is Francois Caron who marr. Catherine Lefebvre dit Belisle dit Lemerise at Riviere-du-Loup, Louisville, Que, 9 Jan, 1804.
Gregoirge's grandfather is Ignace Caron who marr. Marie-Anne Thibodeau at Philadelphia, Penn.
Ignace was a prisoner of war there during the last French and Indian War. Marie-Anne Thibodeau was an Acadian who had been transported there.
