Both John and Robert Carlisle are listed on the roster of Booth's 4th Regt, GA Infantry at Fort Hawkins (Macon) GA Nov. 1814,online. Does anyone know them? I have Robert Carlisle listed in Hancock Co 1830 census. His wife was Hannah, sons in law George and Thomas Wright. Robert died 1837. I believe he is my ancestor, and wonder whether John was kin. Have not been able to trace Robert's ancestors. Would appreciate any help. Thanks. Fay
