I received some information from Frank Cacklers Grand Daughter and she says that Frank is part Indian.She said Ogallala Sioux. Now I have not been able to find the connection nor have I been able to find the names of Frank's parents. This is still a work in progress so don't take any of this information for granted as of yet.
I am posting this hoping someone knows more.
I have also found out that Frank had three brothers James Cacker was married to a Augie (Augusta). Jesse Cackler was married to a Ramona F. in McCook Nebraska. I have no name for the third brother.
I hope this rings a bell with someone.
